Your application should be processed within 1 working day of receipt of your payment.
As a distributor, you can then place orders directly with GNLD at a discounted rate.
If you prefer you can download the application form above and fax the form directly to GNLD Neolife. Pay for the kit then just wait for your Information Kit to arrive.
Read through your kit carefully to learn how to place your orders and for other information. Your Information Kit will include the phone number and address of the office where you place your orders. It will also include your assigned Distributor ID number that must accompany your product orders. You will be able to fax, phone or mail in your orders, being sure to always include your Distributor ID Number.
